The Estate at Kingsmill

'The Estate' at Kingsmill's new owner, Escalante Golf, wanted to renovate the old Auggie Bush estate home that was onsite into a exclusive residence that one can rent and enjoy all the amenities of resort living in Williamsburg plus the 3 golf courses at Kings Mill Resort. This is a modern renovation to a classic Williamsburg colonial with a spacios paver entry, native plantings and a negative edge pool on a bluff overlooking the James River.
